Who We Are

Picture
The Prince William Crime Prevention Council is a non-profit, non-partisan, 501C(3) all volunteer organization comprised of citizen volunteers.  The Council was established in 1982 to strengthen the community by addressing issues of crime and public safety that affect this community’s quality of life and spirit.

What We Do

The Council supports and encourages the effective operation of the Neighborhood Watch program in partnership with the Prince William County Police Department’s Crime Prevention Unit.

The Council provides informational outreach through community events, speaking at various organizations for the purpose of educating county residents about crime prevention, bullying, Cyberbullying and safety, scams, home safety,  advocates for law enforcement, and educating and promoting community participation in crime reporting.
