Council members teamed with the PWCPD Crime Prevention Unit and Explorer Post #1268 to celebrate Independence Day by participating in the Dale City Fourth of July parade. It was a HOT day but everyone had fun!

Prince William County Fair 2010

The Prince William County Fair ran from August 13th through August 21st. It was a fun event and we met many citizens interested in how to make their community safer whether it's starting a neighborhood watch or learning how to protect themselves from Identity Theft. It was a fun time for everyone! McGruff made numerous appearances through the week and was a big hit!

We finally got lucky with the weather! It was a beautiful day to golf! We had 21 teams this year.  Not only was it a great golfing day but we had some fantastic silent auction items, prizes and awards for our teams and of course a great BBQ! Thanks to our sponsors and supporters for making the tournament be a success!

2nd ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT FUNDRAISER - June 5, 2009

June 5, 2009 8:00 am at General's Ridge Golf Course - 9701 Manassas Drive, Manassas Park

The golf tournament was a fun time! Unfortunately it was a bit chilly and rainy for a June day but everyone had fun. We had 13 teams participating in the tournament, each year gets better and better. Local businesses showed their support for the Council by making generous donations which were auctioned off. The day ended with a great Barbeque meal and awards / raffles were distributed. All golfers need to mark their calendars for June 2010 when the 3rd annual tournament is being held. Hopefully we can leave the umbrella's behind next time!
